Pammer and I had breakfast with our friends Kim and Jaco this morning. Jaco is from Holland and is a fantastic cook. Have you ever been for breakfast at DeDutch? (does this restaurant exist outside of the lower mainland? I have no idea!!) Anyway, Jaco had been bragging that he could make pannekoek (12" dutch pancakes that are like giant crepes) better than DeDutch, and we were willing to let him try!!!!!
So, for a fun easter experience, we had a pannekoek easter egg hunt extravaganza this morning! Jaco not only cooked for us, but also hid easter eggs so that we girls could go on a hunt!

Now you've fired up the competitive spirit in me, Josh and I will need to have you peeps over for breakfast and some Dutchers.
However, I am impressed with Jaco's flipping skills as I SO can't do that!
Did you roll them up to eat them or did you eat them flat?
